Gentle Yoga for Health

Yoga – Relax Restore Renew
Stretch, meditate and breathe deeply. This restorative class will guide you into a state of peace while relaxing the body, calming the nervous system, and slowing the overactive mind. Yoga Core Foundations Flow
This all level yoga flow will target your core to help you gain control, strength, flexibility and pain free movement. This series of flows and restorative stretches builds directly from the yogic belief of the core as the source of power and a supple spine as the key to vitality. Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Think traditional flowing vinyasa. This class will focus on dynamic movement and physical alignment to optimize the flexibility and toning of muscles, while encouraging greater stability and range of motion through the joints. You’ll weave your way through creative transitions that lengthen, strengthen, and centre you. As with all of our yoga classes you will also gain the benefit of deepening the connection with your breath as we synchronize the flow of the practice with the flow of the breath, while cultivating a deep sense of focus and clarity within the mind. You will finish with a short meditation to calm the nervous system and bring about a deeper feeling of relaxation in the whole body. Yoga – Euphoria Flow
A signature class designed specifically for Euphoria Wellness clients. During this hour you will be mindfully connecting movement with breath, while gaining strength, flexibility and confidence. This class combines principle of Yoga, Pilates and Meditation to challenge and enliven your soul. In this class you will see classic Ashtanga Yoga, including sun salutations, standing poses, forward bends, twists, hip openers, backbends, and typical Pilates exercises such as the 100’s, roll ups, bridge, and teaser. Complete the experience with a relaxing guided meditation. Come enjoy the power of breath and the freedom of health that evolves from these creatively blended disciplines. A multi-level Barre class that will get your heart pumping. This class will offer lots of opportunity to burn calories and get sweaty. High intensity intervals of cardio focused movements will create maximum calorie output. The ballet inspired class will have elements of strength, core work, balance and stretching. Interval Circuit Training:
This interval circuit workout with timed cardiovascular and muscle conditioning intervals keeps you moving and consistently introduces new challenges for the full body. Each class will incorporate different props and exercises to keep class fun and challenging. This type of class is extremely efficient as it incorporates active recovery, as you rest one muscle group you are working on cardiovascular conditioning. The class mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
Piyo is a total body conditioning class with elements of Yoga and Pilates. No jumping, no weights just fun music that motivates you. You will use your own body weight to perform a series of continuously flowing movements to improve your strength, flexibility and overall fitness. This workout is considered challenging. It is recommended that you complete 5 Yoga and 5 Pilates classes prior to trying Piyo. Please bring your mat and water to hydrate.
Pilates with Props:
This dynamic mat work class uses traditional Pilates props and targeted exercises to help you gain muscle control, strength, power and flexibility. You will feel your core get stronger each week. By using a different line up of apparatuses each class means your mind and body are constantly challenged to master new moves, and muscles you never knew you had suddenly come alive. We’ll use props such as the Thera Band, foam roller, Pilates Magic Circle, balls and more. This is a total body workout designed to build endurance, enhance flexibility and strengthen the mind body connection through breath. This is an all levels class. BYOM (Bring your own Mat).
